Screendump of programming station

Question:

I tried to create a screendump of an iTNC 530 programming station (NC software no. 340494-01) using TNCremo (TNC screen to the clipboard).

However, the generated bitmap file is completely black.

Answer:

In order to receive the screendump correctly you must set the color depth of your PC to HighColor (16 bits). Then the screendump functions correctly.
