Programming station: Shareware notice despite TNC keyboard

Question:

Even though the licensed version was bought and the HEIDENHAIN TNC keyboard is connected to the USB port of the PC, the shareware notice still appears.

Answer:

You must install the Windows driver for the USB dongle. It is on the “Programmierplatz-Programming Station” CD.

The drivers are also available for download from the homepage. The following link takes you to the download area where you can download the “Hardlock Device Driver” and the “Dongle Driver” under “PC Software” > “Programming Station”. Which driver you need depends on the dongle that is installed in the keyboard.
