Machining a series with inclined tool
NC4225
NC program for executing fixed cycles in a row with inclined tool. At the beginning of the program you define all required parameters. In the example, Cycles 252 and 200 are used for machining. For these machining operations, there are also some entries in this example that are defined via parameters. Therefore, if you replace the cycles, you need to pay attention to the correct assignment of the values. In addition, it may be necessary to approach a safe—and thus machine-dependent—position before tilting the rotary axes.
From the parameters you define, the control calculates the individual machining positions, approaches them, tilts the coordinate system, and executes the machining operation. When the control has completed all machining operations, it resets all coordinate transformations.
Supported by the TNC 426 from NC software no.: 280 472-xx (replacement of cycles required)
