- Creating kinematic configurations using KinematicsDesign
- Manual calibration of transformation dimensions
- Calibration of kinematic transformations using KinematicsOpt
Objectives of the course
- Making kinematic configurations for various types of machines on the iTNC 530 (TNC 320/TNC 620/TNC 640)
- Calibrating the kinematic transformation dimensions
Target group
- Only for specialists in machine interfacing, commissioning and service from machine tool builders and retrofitters
Requirements
- Operation and handling the iTNC 530 (TNC 320/TNC 620/TNC 640)
- Knowledge of the configuration of iTNC 530 and NCK
- Good working knowledge of NC-controlled machine tools
