Watzmann model
NC6050
NC program to create a relief model of the Watzmann. Machining is performed in four steps: Roughing, roughing of residual material, pre-finishing and finishing. The difference between the two provided programs is that in Program 6050_3X_de.h, machining is performed completely in three axes, whereas in Program 6050_5X_de.h, finishing is performed in a five-axis movement. The programs were written with a CAD/CAM system, with the five-axis machining operation being defined in LN blocks with T vectors.
The program 6050_5X_de.h was made for a machine with the kinematic model A/C rotary tilting table.
