Deburr a hole on a cylinder surface
NC5025
NC program to deburr a hole drilled into a cylinder at right angles to the cylinder axis using a form tool. The tool moves in the three linear axes First you define all required parameters. In the example program, the control first the hole and then deburrs it. The control divides the operation into linear tool paths for deburring. You define the number of these linear paths in the parameter “Pitch.” For each of these linear motions, the controller calculates an end point in the X, Y and Z axes. The tool subsequently moves to this point. The control repeats this process until the tool returns to its starting point.
The cylinder axis must be parallel to the X axis!
