Deburr an inclined hole with a form tool NC5100
Deburr an inclined hole with a form tool
NC5100
NC program for deburring a hole on a flat surface with a form tool. The tool moves in the X/Y plane. At first you have to define all required parameters in the program. Then the control calls a further program. The additional program is for machining the inclined hole. Here you have to adapt the tool and the fixed cycle. After the hole has been made, there is a return jump into the main program where you then have to define the deburring tool. Then the control calculates the tool path for deburring the hole and traverses it.
The depth and hole radius defined in the parameters refer to the tool tip, so that any desired offset of the tool inward or in depth must be considered in the definition!
